Rare Vintage Apsit Bros of Calif Nautical Sea Ship Builder Lamp Fisherman Boat

Someone started painting it, but didn't finish. Cool project for someone to be able to customize it how they'd like.

Does have some condition issues, which are shown in photos, but is nice and solid. Would look great if someone completed the painting. There are several cracks, along with some minor chips. Please view all photos closely to assess condition and ask any questions you may have regarding condition.
